Youth Summer Boxing Camp

From the 10th-13th July we will be running a Junior Summer Camp which is available to both members and non-members ages 10-14. Sessions will take place at 8am-11am and 2pm-5pm.

This boxing course will be made up of small groups and will include:

• Boxing technical session (including footwork)
• Boxing conditioning circuit
• Boxing Bag workout
• Pricing is as follows:
• £25 / session
• £95 / all morning OR afternoon sessions
• £180 / all 8 sessions
